Where is it held and how do I join?
It is a live webinar on Zoom. As soon as you register you will receive a confirmation email with your unique joining link, and we will send a reminder before the session. Just click the link at 12:30pm on your chosen date.
Do I need a Zoom account?
No. You can join straight from the link in any browser, or through the free Zoom app. We would suggest testing your link a few minutes early.
Will my camera or microphone be on?
No. This is a webinar, so you are not on camera and your mic stays muted. You can watch, listen and take part through the chat and Q&A in complete comfort.
Can I ask questions?
Yes. There will be time for questions, and you can submit them through the Zoom Q&A and chat throughout.
Will I have to share anything personal?
Not at all. You will not be asked to disclose personal experiences, and the session does not position leaders as therapists. It is practical, workplace focused leadership development.
Will it be recorded, and what if I cannot make it live?
Yes. Registrants receive access to the recording afterwards for a limited time, so you will not miss out if something comes up. You will get the most from it live though, where you can ask questions.

What is your refund policy?
